BEMIS HOUSE

This project involved the structural rehabilitation of the foundation and sagging joists to this historic home in Littleton. Additional work included the restoration of the original siding, paint analysis to determine the original house colors, painting,, roof restoration, window restoration and door and hardware restoration.
