
Bloom House
This project involved the exterior restoration of this historic mansion in Trinidad, Colorado. The scope of work included: roofing, brick and masonry wall stabilization, re-grading, drainage and concrete repair at downspout bases and building perimeter, and soffit and fascia repair. Additionally, window, door, wood trim, wood shutter removal repair restoration and replacement throughout the building. Strip/repair/restore all door, window, and shutter hardware. Other work included stone quoin, sill, header, edging, repair and replacement. Brick wall rebuilding, reconstruction, repointing, repair, replacement and repainting of exterior brick, trim, porches, doors and windows throughout. The building was restored to its original magnificence.
