ANYTHINK Commerce City Library

This project involved an 8,870 SF complete building renovation and 2,300 SF expansion into a state-of-the-art forward-thinking sustainable library. The renovation includes a new entry plaza, community meeting space, computer lab, teen area, children�s pavilion, cyber caf� and reading room with a fireplace. Sustainable features include: Solatubes for natural daylighting, a green room with xeric plantings, carpeting made from recycled materials, a geothermal heating and cooling system, bamboo flooring in the reading nook, and a green rooftop garden.
