EXECUTIVE RESIDENCE

This project involved complete restoration of the windows on the second and third floor of the historic Boettcher Mansion. This home serves as the Colorado Governor’s Executive Residence. The second and third floors are used only by the Governor and his family as their primary residence. To accommodate Governor Ritter and his large family’s busy life-style, great thought and care was taken to develop a phasing plan which minimized impact on the family.
