OURAY COURTHOUSE
This project consisted of a three-story addition between the 1888 historic jail and courthouse buildings. The addition is an all steel structure with aluminum storefront windows at exterior and colored concrete on deck for all of the floors. The addition houses an elevator and an evidence storage vault. The roofing was completed utilizing a combination between standing seem metal and EPDM. Along with the addition White Construction Group renovated the existing interior space of the lower level of the jail building and added two new restrooms. This project also implemented ADA standards within the courthouse.
