DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT PRAIRIE HAWK COMPLEX
Castle Rock, Colorado

This project involved the remodel of a pre-engineered metal building to convert into office and warehouse facilities for Douglas County School District. 25,000 SF of the facility was added inside the existing structure. 15,000 SF on each level was finished for office use, elevator, and restrooms. The warehouse houses a print shop, science kit shop, maintenance offices, and mail room. The warehouse also received new doors and docks. Above this area, a storage mezzanine was added.
