This project consisted of the conversion of a 9,000 square foot maintenance building into a luxury pet care facility. Interior construction of new walls changed the space into three dog kennel areas, a staff area and a grooming room. The project also included upgrades of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The play yard was created by removing much of the asphalt parking lot into 8,000 sf doggie play areas with new K9 turf and moisture - detection pads. Tenant finishes included a granite lobby counter, stained concrete flooring, paint, new doors and new storefront. Exterior improvements included metal panels, steel eyebrows, and new landscaping.
