NINTH STREET HISTORIC PARK RENOVATION
Denver, Colorado

One of the oldest residential neighborhoods in Denver, the Ninth Street Historic Park on the Auraria Campus, wanted to convert the remaining houses into offices for campus staff.  Time, however, was taking its toll on these historic structures.  After the state historic fund provided a grant, White Construction Group was commissioned to do the restoration work, which mainly included lead abatement, masonry restoration, and roofing.  The result is a series of beautifully restored historic buildings that will last another 100 years.
