CASTLE CENTERSTONE I, II, III
Castle Rock, Colorado

The Castle Centerstone project is part of an urban infill redevelopment project on Castle Rock's Perry Street. Centerstone I features a masonry veneer with copper clad accents and dramatic building lighting. A bustling coffee shop anchors the first floor tenants and the second floor consists of units for to be utilized as either residential or office. Centerstone II is a two-story steel and wood frame contemporary building that houses retail on the ground level and either residential or offices on the second floor. Centerstone III features a health club on first floor and a spa on second floor. Because the spa required peace and quiet, and the ground floor health club generates a fair amount of noise, construction work included extensive sound insulation between the first and second floors. In addition, an exterior stairway leads up to a rooftop deck, which features a curved, copper-paneled wall. The overall building exterior includes blonde brick, steel, cement and copper accents.
