COLORADO COMMUNITY BANK OF HIGHLANDS RANCH AND RETAIL CENTER

White Construction Group had previously completed the construction of a new Colorado Community Bank in Centennial, which was so successful that it led to this project.  The Colorado Community Bank of Highlands Ranch is a 6,570 square-foot building with an attached 4,900 square-foot, single-story retail center.  This project involved the construction of a steel frame and wood structure with brick and stucco exterior, plus a parking lot.  The bank portion of the building consists of two floors, a full basement, and a client drive-up facility.  White Construction Group coordinated the security and electrical work with the owner's subcontractors.
