Gym 2005, is a 13,900-square-foot brick gymnasium and retail building in the Saddle Rock Marketplace subdivision of Aurora valued at $1.8 million. Features include 2 dance studios, a fullfledged gymnastics center including trampoline pits, 2 offices and 2 separate retail centers specializing in gymnastics and dance apparel and equipment. Despite back-to-back-to back blizzards winter of 2006-2007, the project team of: project manager Courtney White, project superintendent Bill Davis and project coordinator Lisa Werdel worked overtime to complete this project 20 days ahead of schedule.
