HISTORY OF WHITE CONSTRUCTION GROUP

1985: White Construction Group was founded by Tim White under the name T.L. White and Associates.

1987: Tim White and Ken Ash (a developer) teamed up and the company was re-named Ash & White Construction Co. During that time, the company completed a variety of office, retail and public works projects, including a significant upgrade of Castle Rock's Wilcox Street.

1992: Ken Ash left the company to pursue other interests. However, he and Tim White continue to develop projects together.

This same year the company opened an office in Brush, Colorado to capitalize on work in the northeastern Colorado corridor.

1995: The company purchased and renovated the historic First Stockman's Bank building on Brush's main street. This building now serves as the company's northeastern Colorado office and features an impressive collection of historic photographs that depict Colorado's rural history.

2003: The American Builder's and Contractor's Association awarded Ash & White Construction Co. both the Step Platinum Award and Outstanding Safety Record Award for construction companies of 50-100 employees.

2004: The company changed its name from Ash & White Construction Co. to White Construction Group. This was done to highlight the strong team that's been built over the years, to more accurately reflect the company's ownership, and to anticipate their new headquarters in Castle Rock, Colorado.

2005: The company's new Castle Rock headquarters building was completed to coincide with the firm's 20-year anniversary. The new headquarters allowed White Construction Group to double its space and create a building that's designed to blend contemporary design themes and the historic nature of Castle Rock's downtown area.

In addition, a new satellite office in Brighton, Colorado opened to better serve the needs of the fast-growing northern Colorado corridor.

2007: For better convenience, the company closed the Brush office and opened an office in Denver.

White Construction Group continues to grow its talent, project roster, and reputation. To date, the company has completed more than $500 million in construction projects.
