KIOWA LIBRARY

The town of Kiowa is situated in a rural ranching community east of the Town of Castle Rock.  The local library was in need of restoration and repairs for both the historic significance and for the need to maintain the library for the community. The Kiowa Library building restoration included block and brick restoration, repairs to all the stained glass windows, new roofing, new painting interior and exterior, new designed lighting and new exterior doors.  Project started November 2005 and was completed on time and under budget.
