Originally we were contracted to complete the core and shell. As the project progressed, White Construction Group was contracted to complete all tenant finishes for the building, which included office, retail and residential space.  The building has a unique feature with its front radius wall and clock tower.  For the exterior finish rhyolite and tumbled bricks were used to give the new building a historic look to complement the downtown feel of the Town of Castle Rock. Interior features include an elevator.
