SADDLE ROCK SOUTH MARKETPLACE
Aurora, Colorado
White Construction Group was commissioned to construct four buildings for the Saddle Rock development. This four-building project includes a freestanding building slated for retail business, two retail buildings, and a Clubhouse (set between Building 2 and Building 3), all resting on the same foundation. These contemporary buildings were designed to mirror existing building standards within the Saddle Rock development. To that end, these one-story buildings feature a four-foot-tall stone veneer at each building's base, coupled with a stucco finish. White Construction Group also completed the interior work on the Clubhouse, that includes vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and standard finishes such as paint and carpeting. Outside the Clubhouse, three retaining walls were constructed to accommodate land that slopes away to a nearby creek. The four-building project is connected to the Saddle Rock Recreation Center, that White Construction Group completed in 2001, via a series of sidewalks and landscaping.
