With over 30 years in the commercial construction industry, Tim’s management style has helped White Construction Group become a successful, fast-growing company. That inclusive style extends to the community. Tim holds board-level positions on economic development councils, land conservancy and historical foundations, and has become known as one of the most productive and respected business professionals in Colorado.

Tim's personal involvement in civic service includes:

• Douglas County Board of Education
• Board-level positions with Castle Rock Economic Development Council, Parker Economic Development Council, Adams County Economic Development, Brighton Downtown Development Authority, Center for Tax Policy, the Board of Trustees for the Southeast Business Partnership, Colorado Preservation Inc., and a member of the Parker Adventist Board of Trustees
• Tim is president of the Intermountain Rural Electric Association and a board member of the Colorado Rural Electric Association, Colorado Capital Bank, and the Eben Ezer Lutheran Health Care Center.
• He oversees a 3,000-acre land conservancy as vice-president of the Cherokee Ranch and Castle Foundation.

Doug has literally worked at every level and in every phase of commercial and residential construction over his 25 years in the industry. He joined White Construction Group in 1990 as a field superintendent, and became our COO in 1995. Because of his broad expertise, Doug is a valuable contributor to every facet of any project. He achieved Designation from the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) in 2006. As a Design Build Professional™ designated by DBIA, Doug has demonstrated a practical level of knowledge and hands-on experience in design-build project delivery. This is a specific criteria that owners and clients use in selecting qualified design-build professionals.

Doug has served on a variety of community organizations including the Morgan County Economic Development Council, the Brush, Colorado Chamber of Commerce, and the Hispanic Contractors or Colorado.

COURTNEY WHITE, LEED® AP - Project Manager, Environmental Manager

Courtney began her career with White Construction Group in 2002. Her first job involved construction of one of the largest gasoline remediation projects in Colorado. She transitioned to project coordinator then to project management while working on all facets of construction. With a degree in Business Management and certificates in Construction Management and Construction Estimating from Colorado State University, she manages multi-million dollar projects and is instrumental in achieving projects that receive LEED® Certification. As the company’s environmental manager, she is OSHA HAZWOPER certified, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
